A Taste of Tradition
Our chefs cook with dedication and heart, serving food that’s all about bold simplicity and big flavour. Think homemade pies, tender steaks, stone-baked pizzas, vibrant veg with real bite, and desserts that look as good as they taste.
These are dishes full of character, often made with ingredients from talented local producers. Nothing fancy – just honest food, done right.
As for drinks? Expect local brews with a story, wines chosen for taste over label, carefully selected British spirits, and cocktails that delight without showing off.
It’s comfort without compromise – food and drink made to be shared, savoured, and remembered.

Crafted Drinks
At our pub, the drinks are chosen with as much care as the food. In the heart of Brewtown, we honour Burton’s brewing legacy with perfectly kept local ales, full of depth and character. Crisp coastal whites, bold reds, a proper gin and tonic, or a fireside whisky, each drink is thoughtfully chosen to complement the food and reflect the spirit of the region. Nothing flashy, just honest, well-balanced flavours that quietly belong.

A Sunday Tradition
The Sunday roast, an age old British tradition, reimagined with a playful nod in our pub. Perfectly roasted meats, spuds with a satisfying crunch, Yorkshires puffed up like proud old hats, and seasonal veg with just the right bite. All bathed in chefs rich, glossy gravy. It’s a meal that feels like a hug from history, comforting, familiar, tasty, but done with just enough finesse to keep things interesting. A proper Sunday, done right.

Outside Dining & Pods
The outdoor dining space is grand, unfussy, and quietly beautiful. Wooden tables and private pods catch the afternoon sun, with local florabunda brushing the air with scent. You can hear the soft clink of glasses, the hum of conversation, maybe the faint cry of a gull or blackbird overhead. It’s the kind of spot where a pint of local ale or a crisp glass of white feels just right, and where food tastes better simply because you’re outside, with time to spare and nothing to prove, just watch for the rain or book a pod.

Private Dining & Events- Mia’s Bar
Beyond the bustle of the bar, Mia’s Bar offers a charming escape, blessed with lots of character. Sunlight dances across the tables by day, while by night, it glows with soft ambience and quiet charm. It’s a space where slow-cooked dishes and good wine take centre stage, where laughter drifts on the evening breeze, and moments stretch out like a perfect afternoon. A room made for warmth, celebration, and lingering company.
